Changing lives characterized by growth in holiness and the impact of the Holy Spirit in every area of personal and corporate life and service, expressing itself in the bearing of the "fruit of the Spirit" as the result of full surrender to God (Gal. 5:22-33).

Proclaiming of the Gospelin ways that are active, creative and flexible in form; faithfulness to the Great Commission together with prayer efforts for the salvation of souls (Matt. 28:18-20).

Personal discipleship - following the example of the Lord Jesus in the care of young believers and their spiritual growth; helping the maturing Christians in the development of their spiritual gifting and service (Coll. 1:28-29; 2 Tim. 2:2).
